Our Managed IT tiers are designed to be very inclusive and expansive. However, some organizations have needs above and beyond "The Basics". We offer many additional services and products as separately priced offers or per-project. This keeps your per-seat pricing predictable, and provides clarity of what additional services you are getting.

Onboarding

Two stages. Paid. Scoped.

Onboarding is an opportunity for us to document your environment and fix what needs fixing; resulting in a strong foundation for you to build your business and for us to operate your environment efficiently. This keeps the monthly price predictable for all of us, with dramatically reduced break-fix work and unexpected infrastructure procurement.

  1. Stage 1

    Discovery & remediation

    Fixed-scope and fixed-fee. We inventory the environment, fixing what blocks delivery, and document everything. The result is a clean, documented foundation.

  2. Stage 2

    Cutover to managed steady-state

    Get the tooling deployed, runbooks live, support paths in place. From here you can transition directly to the recurring agreement at your tier's per-seat price.

Co-managed

Already have internal IT?

Mid-market clients with an internal team get a co-managed flavor of Secure or Strategic. We plug in as a specialist layer — security tooling, MDR, after-hours coverage, project capacity, vCIO, vCTO — without taking over your team's domain.

Co-managed is priced separately because the unit economics differ.
