We chose to staff both sides of that seam under one roof so referral partners know what to sell, so clients have one number to call, and so the recurring relationship funds the depth that generic MSPs can't match.
Shelby leads the IT and infrastructure practice — managed services, hosting, hardware lifecycle. Tom leads the software practice — custom builds, workflow automation, application maintenance. The same MSA covers both.

Per-seat tier prices are on the website. If we can't publish them, we don't understand our own cost-to-serve.
Scope should be written
Inclusions and exclusions are part of the contract. "Sure, we can do that" is the most expensive sentence in services.
Diagnostics should be paid
A paid diagnostic gives you a deliverable you can act on regardless of what comes next. It's a shared commitment, not a sales call.
